How It Works
Your dog stays at our licensed facility, attached to a veterinary clinic, under the personal supervision of head trainer Dillon Mitchell.
Every plan is built around your dog’s individual needs and temperament.
By carefully controlling your dog’s environment, we reintroduce triggers in a less stressful way.
Your dog goes through structured daily rehabilitation, clear boundary setting, and safe, controlled exposure to real-world triggers.
We work on the root cause of the behavior by building confidence, a neutral state of mind, and reliable impulse control.
Over time, we guide your dog toward making better choices on their own.
Dogs in this program learn to work for everything.
Rehab dogs may do longer sessions to work through their issues, and they still train often throughout the day.
Obedience may be part of the program, but it isn’t always the right fit for every dog.
Program Length
Behavior Modification has a mandatory minimum stay of six weeks.
The final length is decided case by case after your dog’s evaluation.
Your Part in the Program
This program pairs our rehab Board & Train with private lessons for you.
Dog owners are required to attend training sessions while their dog is enrolled.
Once your dog is on a solid road to recovery, we focus on teaching you how to understand and work with your dog’s temperament.
Before your dog comes home, we hold extensive handover sessions with you, so the progress holds up in your home.
A healthy relationship between you and your dog is the most important part of any training program, and it’s at the heart of this one.

6-week program: $16,500. 12-week program: $30,000.
Behavior cases start with a behavioral evaluation with Dillon.
Payments by credit or debit card include a 4% convenience fee.

Why do I need to schedule an evaluation?
An evaluation lets us see your dog’s behavior firsthand, especially in public, and talk through your goals.
It also helps us make sure your dog won’t pose a risk to our staff or the other dogs during their stay.
If your dog is a behavior case, we want to know exactly what we need to prepare for.
How much will my dog be worked with?
As much as your dog needs.
A rehab dog may do longer sessions to work through behavior issues, but will still be worked with often throughout the day.
Can I come visit my dog?
For dogs enrolled in programs longer than three weeks, we offer scheduled 15-minute unsupervised visits, Monday through Friday at 5:30 PM.
All visits must be scheduled in advance and are not training lessons.
